Day 1: Pick up and transfer from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park – Afternoon Game Drive
You will wake up early enjoy an early morning breakfast as you wait to meet the Tanzania Driver/Guide 
for a short briefing about this special 4 Days Lake Manyara Serengeti safari. Your journey to Lake Manyara will take not more than 2 to 3 hours. Once you have arrived, check into the lodge for relaxation and take lunch. You will Leave the lodge after lunch and proceed to have a game drive in the afternoon. Explore the wonders of Lake Manyara National Par, including buffalo, zebras, tree-climbing lions and other species. Expect to return to the camp or lodge for relaxation in the evening.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive at Lake Manyara – Transfer to Serengeti
Wake up early to have your hefty breakfast and later embark on the guided morning game drive as you exit Tanzania’s Manyara National Park. The morning game drive through the Manyara plains allows you to spot a diversity of early risers and bird species. The distance from Lake Manyara National Park central Serengeti takes about 5 hours. You will check-in at the lodge in the Seronera region of the Serengeti and await a full day game drive experience the following day.

Day 3: Experience a full day Serengeti game drive in Serengeti
Enjoy a heavy breakfast and ensure that move out with your packed lunch box. You will proceed for a whole day of game drives in the Seronera region of Serengeti National Park. You will explore the 
diversity of Seronera’s wildlife/birdlife and the unique landscapes characterized by vast plains. While on the morning and afternoon game drive expect to catch sight of a wide array of wildlife such as elands, kudus, waterbucks, elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopard, hyenas and ostriches. The central region is also ideal for witnessing the wildebeest migration.
Lunch will be organized in the middle of the savannah and after the morning game drive session. The second game viewing excursion starts in the afternoon and you will enjoy it till evening, then you return to the lodge/camp. At the lodge, you will be served dinner and retire for the night at your leisure.

Day 4: Morning Game Drive – Return to Arusha from Serengeti for departure
Have an early morning breakfast at the safari lodge in the Seronera and later set off for the final game drive as you depart for Arusha. This morning game drive before departure should give you some time to look out for any wildlife not seen the previous day. You will have lunch in Arusha before being dropped off at the airport or your hotel facility. Thus marks the end of the 4 Days Lake Manyara Serengeti safari in Tanzania.

Optional Activities
Apart from the game drives included in this 4 Days Serengeti Lake Manyara Safari, you can also request to include walking safaris, hot air balloon excursions, bird-watching and a guided cultural encounter with the Masai community living close to the Serengeti National Park. All these activities can be incorporated into the prime game drive experiences but some may require extending the tour.
Best time to Go
Lake Manyara and Serengeti National Park are best visited during the peak dry season which occurs from June, July, August, September to October. These offer an exceptional game viewing safari experience than any other season of the year. But this doesn’t limit visitors from exploring the two parks during the wet or rainy months of the year (November to May). In fact, January is excellent for visiting the Serengeti National Park to witness the calving season for wildebeest. The dry seasons are preferred because they offer comfortable and sunny weather conditions favorable for guided safari game drives in Lake Manyara or Serengeti.
